I have worked with athletes from various backgrounds and sports, and with this package of custom hypnotherapy sessions we can address whatever you are struggling with that may be holding you back in competition or even just achieving your own PBR. I am passionate about working with athletes, and fully understand the journey and challenges that come with the of being an athlete. Package includes three virtual sessions with initial 20 minute consult in order to customize your sessions for your most effective outcome. Includes audio recording of your sessions to listen to amplify your outcome and success.
Each session is a calm, guided experience focused on your specific goals. We’ll work together to explore patterns, responses, and inner narratives that may be holding you back, and gently introduce new ways of responding that feel more supportive and aligned.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Hypnosis is not something that happens to you, but something we do together.
Sessions build on one another, allowing insights and shifts from earlier sessions to deepen over time. This structure helps changes feel natural, integrated, and sustainable rather than forced or temporary.
Sessions can be held online or in person, depending on your preference.
