Sessions are held online and last approximately 45–60 minutes.
Because this work is subtle and inward, the quality of the space you create makes a meaningful difference.
A quiet, private room, a reliable high-speed internet connection, and freedom from interruption help you settle, focus, and get the most from your session.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and your camera will be on so that we can remain connected and I can support you throughout the process.
Sessions are audio recorded and shared with you afterward so you can revisit the experience and continue the work between sessions.
This recording is for your personal use and support, offering you a way to revisit the experience and gently reinforce the shifts you’re making between sessions.
To honor this time for yourself, please make sure that children, pets, phones, and other distractions are taken care of so you can be fully present.
