Once we’re connected online and everything is working smoothly, we’ll begin with a brief check-in so I can understand what you’d like to work on and what feels most important for you at that moment.
When we both feel clear and aligned, I’ll let you know that I’m starting the audio recording — which is for your personal use and will be shared with you afterward so you can revisit the session if you wish.
From there, we’ll begin with a gentle relaxation process, often called an induction. This helps the mind settle, the body relax, and your awareness turns inward in a calm and focused way.
As you settle into this focused state, I’ll continue to guide you through the session. For this reason, it’s important that your camera remains on so I can see you and stay
attuned to your experience throughout.
As the session unfolds, I’ll guide you through imagery, language, and reflection that support the changes you’re inviting — always at your pace, and always with your awareness and participation.
At the end of the session, I’ll gently guide you back to your normal waking awareness so you can return feeling clear, present, and alert.
