This package is designed to create a strong sense of self confidence. Whether you are preparing for a job interview, engaging in the dating scene, about to undertake a public speaking event, or simply seeking to resolve persistent feelings of low self-worth.
During your consultation and intake process, we'll quickly identify the factors contributing to these feelings so you can release your limiting beliefs that prevent you from feeling your most confident and secure self. During hypnosis we address these limiting beliefs, and create positive beliefs in how you perceive yourself so you can create a lasting change in how you feel and see yourself.
The package includes three virtual sessions, beginning with an initial 20-minute consultation to personalize your sessions and maximize their effectiveness. You'll also receive audio recordings of each session, allowing you to reinforce the benefits and enhance your success through repeated listening.
Each session is a calm, guided experience focused on your specific goals. We’ll work together to explore patterns, responses, and inner narratives that may be holding you back, and gently introduce new ways of responding that feel more supportive and aligned.
You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Hypnosis is not something that happens to you, but something we do together.
